        Knowledge Translation (KT) is the meeting ground between two fundamentally different processes: research and action. It knits them with communicative relationships. Knowledge translation is a dynamic and interactive process that includes synthesis, dissemination, exchange and ethically sound application of knowledge to provide more effective services and products and strengthen system. This is done through a complex system of researchers and knowledge users. Knowledge translation is catalyst for knowledge cycle in knowledge to action process. Utilization of observation and decision-making appropriate with field conditions that is proposed with knowledge translation is very useful in industrial researches. This research proposes a model for knowledge translation from research to industry (case study: A Defense Industry Research Center). By extending the concept of knowledge translation several models and structures are proposed that each one has a strategy to overcome the gap between what we know and what actually happens in practice. In this research we studied some of them and try to find an appropriate model. The proposed model has seven processes: research needs assessment, input to research, research processes, primary outputs from research, making a sample for taking customers endorsement, using product and final outcome. For data collection, interviews and questionnaires were used.         In recent years, many companies have integrated the activities of customer relationship management with knowledge management together as one concept. In fact, the principal reason for the mentioned integration is that the knowledge management plays a key role in the customer relationship management. The potential of bilateral relationship between these two fields and also the critical function of knowledge management in success of customer relationship management, has attracted the attention of researchers to this matter recently. The term of “customer knowledge management” is the combination of knowledge management and customer relationship management. The customer knowledge management requires applying different approaches through considering wide variety of key variables in these fields. The considered key variables for each customer knowledge management model are different according to its model. Generally, many models have been presented for customer knowledge management, including conceptual, process and system model. In this paper, we intend to develop process model which achieved from combination of business engineering model, six business processes based on customer relationship management systems, and four aspects of knowledge management in principle business activities, namely marketing, sales and services.         One of the new research increasingly influenced interest of managers and researchers is ambidextrous and impact of it on organizational various aspects. That means what mechanisms can an organization benefit to succeed in both exploration and exploitation from? In this article, the authors have tried to compatible and extend bilateral learning in organizations with reviewing the literature and in-depth overview of the theoretical foundations in the area of mutual learning and way of interacting with organizational knowledge stores i.e. intellectual capital (human capital ,organizational capital, social capital and customer capital). Finally, based on three-level model of mutual orientation in organization and combining it with typology of ambidextrous learning, they have accessed to an analytical model that may suggest process and output of necessary steps to access different types of ambidextrous in organization in three levels of input. The resulting conceptual model can be obtained according to the logic of comprehensive cooperation as a guide for many future researches in areas of mutual orientation, ambidextrous learning and knowledge assets.         Today, organizations are in a dynamic and competitive environment and increasingly need for bolstering up their innovation capabilities by attention to valuable knowledge and power ofcreation and use of it. Knowledge management is very important in any organization, because organizational innovation does not evolve without dynamic and collaborative knowledge management. Traditional knowledge management systems have been trying to capture formal explicit knowledge management. They could not be successfull in unlocking tacit (implicit) knowledge in the minds of employees. Today, knowledge management 2.0 is based on web 2.0 with enphasis on socialization, collaboration and interaction between people. It tries to capture the largest and most valuable distributed database in any organization, implicit knowledge that is stored in the mind of employees. Each organization which is based on knowledge management 2.0 and social capital, is called an organization 2.0 (enterprise 2.0). It obliterates official controlling and hierarchical order and focuses on socialization and collaboration of mass employees for organizational innovation through social networks.         In today’s competitive market, companies must work closely with their customers and suppliers if they want to survive and improve their own performance and to provide a better response to market forces. In a typical supply chain, information flow is more important than the other two involved flows including material flow and cash flow. It can be lead to enhance organizational knowledge. The main purpose of the research, is to identify, analyse and improve the performance of an assembly line using simulation techniques. Many factors, such as setup time, operating time, failure rate, repair rate, and production rate, can cause data to be non-stationary. Therefor, in order to analyse such complicated systems it is necessary to apply simulation techniques. The most important properties of an assembly line including bottlenecks, cycle time, buffers capacities, and the number of finished products in a given time period are investigated in the research. After data gathering, and building an appropriate simulation model, the simulation experiments were done with Enterprise Dynamic software. The simulation model is implemented and tested against real-world data and is demenostrated by a numerical example. Then, the bottlenecks and performance measures including throughput time and waiting time are identified and analysed in order to develop a new scenario in which opportunities for improvements are presented. The results show significant improvements in terms of reducing waiting time and increasing efficiencies. Manuscript profile

        Nanotechnology plays an important role in the scientific, economic, and political development of countries, so that adapting to today's dynamic world and becoming the leading power in the Middle East and a pioneer in this field is subject to the acquisition of nanotechnology and the related knowledge. One of the short-term, urgent and effective methods for obtaining knowledge and technology concerned with nanotechnology is technology transfer but despite its outstanding importance, little attention has been paid. On the other hand, in extraordinary circumstances imposed by the sanctions against Iran, the urgency of this issue increases, since the technical and knowledge interactions under sanctions are harder and more complex. Also, the possibility of complete transfer of knowledge and technology, especially in the field of high technologies such as nanotechnology decreases. Therefore, this study has aimed to design a customized model for Iran to facilitate making accurate and wise decisions about transfer of nanotechnology and the knowledge associated with that technology. To achieve this goal, three basic steps have been taken. First, eighteen major factors influencing the transfer of knowledge and technology of nano has been identified. Then, these factors have been weighed. Finally, they have been categorized into five clusters that are: 1. Technology source, 2. Technology receiver, 3. Technology process, 4. Technology nature, 5. Ambidexterity is viewed as a tool to gain sustainable competitive advantage, business performance and firm survival. It can be achieved through organizations’ endeavor to exploit and explore available opportunities. Many companies have comprised the view that to function effectively in today’s economy, it is indispensable to become a knowledge-based organization. The Knowledge Based Organizations created in order to synergistically exploit science and wealth, develop knowledge based economy and strongly depend on innovation as a source of the competitive advantage. In this article, by systematically reviewing related literature, we have tried to illuminate the notion of ambidexterity. Marketing departments in each organization are the most important consumers of knowledge and generally, many effective insights in marketing are hidden in the characteristics of customers and their purchasing patterns. Therefore, development of knowledge management systems in businesses can improve decision making, enhance creativity, help compatibility with changes and cause the competitive advantage for businesses and marketing strategies. In this paper, using descriptive-survey method and questionnaire, applications of knowledge management in factors of marketing in Medical Equipment Company is considered. Evaluation is carried out through a random sampling. The quantity of the sample was determined by Kokaran formulation containing 98 individuals. Variables were normal according to kolmogorov-smirnov test. Therefore, community average test (t student) was used for data analysis. The result showed knowledge management has significant influence on most of factors in marketing. Therefore, due to increasing knowledge in organizations; managers should implement knowledge management in organization especially in marketing. But, there isn’t any relationship between knowledge management and pricing policy improved, market offering standardized, common product development and common strategy of business expansion.         Today, there is an urgent need for a paradigm shift from capital economy to knowledge-based economy to achieve sustainable development. The Science and Technology Corridor (STC) as an infrastructure for the development of knowledge-based economy aims to provide an attractive environment for investors, firms, corporations, and knowledge-based institutions and citizens by creating incentives for the industry to move towards new technologies and high value-added businesses. These corridors are actually special areas which include various components such as universities and higher education institutions, research centers, science and technology parks, knowledge-based in different industries. Their main purpose is to form a technology cluster. In addition, high value-added services are provided by these corridors. The outputs of these areas will facilitate the process of innovation and convert knowledge into wealth. This paper elaborates the properties of knowledge-based economy, defining STCs and explaining Malaysia's Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) as a successful experience. Malaysia's MSC is a cluster of ICT companies, and its main purpose is to encourage innovation and development of new technologies by the companies.         In The world's most developed countries, policies to support small and medium enterprises in order to increase growth, income generating employment and reducing poverty in the forefront of economic or social - are governments’ important priorities. Essential characteristics of small and medium enterprises, including flexibility in face with market changes, rapid attainment of the activities, initiatives and high motivation of staffs and limited initial capital requirements, have caused growth, innovation and economic dynamism in transition economies of the firms. This study aimed to identify small and medium sized manufacturing firms with rapid growth, and determine their contribution to the Malaysian economy. Malaysia's Vision 2020 has planned development policies through enterprise and small business enhancement. These companies play a significant role in the economic breakthrough of Malaysia. These companies have allocated 93.8% of the operating companies in the industrial sector, 27.3% of total manufacturing production, 25.8% of value-added in production, 27.6% of the fixed assets and 38.9% of the employees of the country.         Assessment of knowledge management (KM) helps knowledge-based organizations to establish their KM process effectively. So, it is necessary to define some measures to evaluate KM process of these organizations. These indicators can measure efficiency and effectiveness of KM process in knowledge-based organizations. The purpose of this paper development of an assessment model for KM process in knowledge-based companies. In this study, a model was developed based on four enabler factors of knowledge management including “human resources, information technology, education and culture”, and four KM sub-processes including “creating, storing, sharing and applying knowledge”. The statistical sample consists of staff and faculty members of University of Qom in which the developed model is evaluated as a case study. A descriptive-survey research method was conducted in this study based on a questionnaire. The results indicate that University of Qom has not focused enough on KM process. Also, the results of the Fridman test show that none of the studied factors and processes is in a desirable condition in the university; it has been pay less attention to “Organizational culture” and “knowledge creating”, whereas “education” and “knowledge applying” have received more attention.         In a knowledge-based economy, products and companies live and die on information and the most successful companies are the ones who use their intangible assets better and faster. Organizations are aware that knowledge is their most valuable and strategic resource in the present business environment. Knowledge management and intellectual capital approaches have become critical for universities, mainly due to the fact that universities’ main goals are the production and knowledge dissemination. Managers know they have to manage the process of learning and measure its outcomes and knowledge-based organizational resources, if they want to be competitive. Intellectual capital (IC) is a new approach which helps us face with barriers and problems of higher education system. It is the key successful element for knowledge-based organizations such as universities-. The managers of universities have to identify their IC, measure and manipulate it effectively. However, in the past few years, the problem of quantifying and accounting the value and explaining the components of the organization’s intellectual capital it has been questioned. Thus, this research tries to present indicators to measure structural capital (as one of the main parts of intellectual capital) by reviewing different frameworks in this field. At the end, we identified three Dimensions including Infrastructural Capital, Research and Development Capital, Knowledge Infrastructural Capital, using eight components and 50 indicators to measure these parameters. After constructing companies it is very important how to manage them. So the organization task is to provide favorable condition for knowledge management. Nowadays the challenge is how managers develop employee's minds in knowledge based organizations. Knowledge management (KM) is the process of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organizational knowledge. Knowledge-based economy is the current need for all countries in the world. In this regard, one of the strategies for a successful experience of developed countries based on knowledge-based economy has led to the formation and development of the science and technology corridors. Science and technology corridor is the coordinated and coherent set of universities, science and technology parks, research centers and in a geographic region with a centralized management structure and the particular legal for knowledge based products and services. In this paper, the requirements for the formation of the science and technology corridors will be discussed. The main components of science and technology corridors are: national innovation system, science and technology parks, universities and research centers, venture capital and entrepreneurship, human capital, special infrastructure, market, high technology firms and proximity to urban areas. Commercialization is the conversion process of the new technologies to the commercially successful products. Commercialization is containing different arrays of technical, commercial and financial process which converts the new technology into the useful products or services. In other word, commercialization of research findings is the link between technology and market and the focus of it is on the end rings of value chain. Since delivering a product to the market can be the guarantee of organization success and survival, commercialization, the technical knowledge is known as a vital factor.         Knowledge based firms (KBF) play essential role in technology development, economic prosperity and job creation. The formation of these firms depends on practical ideas of entrepreneur engineers. But most of these entrepreneurs are young graduates who may not have the leadership skills and knowledge required for leading new firms. In KBF engineers design and build things that meet the needs of customers, beneficiaries and ultimately the society. These tasks can only be accomplished by the concerted action of many people aligned and rallied by effective leadership. On the other hand, when faced with many problems in KBF’s initial years, however, many of these firms fail to sustain themselves and fall in to bankruptcy with a high rate and one of the most important factors of these failures is leadership. In this study, based on the engineering approach, a special attention has been paid to the leadership. In this approach, technical abilities and leadership, describe principles of "engineering leadership". By this method, KBF can achieve their targets through the proper rout. On the base of "engineering leadership" approach, this study shows leadership skill training plays a main role in the success of KBF. The improvement in the relationship between science and technology, the integration of science and industry, the appearance of industries based on science, the use of science as a means to generate competitive advantages on the part of the firms, as well as the globalization of the economy and internationalization of technology, are some of the reasons which justify cooperative relationships between firms and research organizations. Developing relations between Industry and University by cause and positive effect on technological, economic and social changes and transformations was noticed by strategists, politicians and university and industry planners, and was more effort toward creating an effective linkage between university and industry. The 21st century is the century of knowledge-based international economic competition. Industry without online knowledge will surely die and knowledge without applying in industrial operation is not valueless, necessitating the connection between Industry and University. The present paper aims to review the existed theories and models of relationship between Industry, University and other influential institutions in knowledge-based economy.         The aim of this study is to investigate and identify the barriers to knowledge sharing at a high education institute as one of the necessary steps in implementation of the process of knowledge management at universities and HEIs. On the one hand, higher education is the base of development and the main focus of human recourses enrichment in societies, Therefore implementation of knowledge management in this field is one of the basic requirements and a powerful tool for improving knowledge-based societyS as one of the elements of country’s development vision. On the other hand, by changing the slogan “knowledge is power” to “knowledge sharing is power”, knowledge sharing and extending it in organizations, between organizations and different systems has become the main process and orientation inside organizations concerning knowledge management. Therefore creating a comprehensive vision concerning the challenges and barriers of knowledge sharing and a proper understanding of its facilitators in HEIs and universities seems necessary as a pre-requisite in reaching the goals of knowledge management in the field of higher education in the country. Output and employment are expanding fastest in high-technology industries, such as computers, electronics and aerospace. High-tech refers to technology that is at the cutting edge and the most advanced technology available. High technology industries and services are central part of knowledge-based economy, and one of the main economic indicators for measure the knowledge in economic. In this paper, we introduce the principles and indicators of high-tech industries and analysis effect of the knowledge-based economy variables (ICT, R&D and Education expenditures) on their production. We have developed a model of high-tech industries production. This model has been estimated for 48 countries in 2000-2007 with using GLS Panel Data Approach. The results of the analysis show a positive and significant effect of ICT, R&D and education on high-tech industries .Elasticity calculation shows one percent increase in R&D will result 0.48 present increases in high-tech industrial production, Also one percent increase in ICT will result 0.68 present increases in high-tech industrial production and finally one percent increase in Education will result 0.29 percent increase on high-tech industrial production. So we require a lot of attention to R&D, ICT and Education in program and policy development of high tech industries. Manuscript profile

        In contemporary economics, knowledge is key element for organizational competitiveness. Therefore diverse organizations, especially small and medium-sized companies should have a clear position in their organizations current knowledge in order to survive and achieve accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to present a perspicuous condition of knowledge management strategies in firms, located in Isfahan science and technology town (ISTT). 98 firms were selected in a simple randomized sampling and their managers were requested to answer the questionnaire asking 47 questions about 4 different knowledge strategies, including knowledge application, knowledge transfer, organizational knowledge and producing knowledge. The type of this study is survey research. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation). The results indicate that the dominant strategy of knowledge management in the town in applying knowledge is human-centered strategy, in field of knowledge transfer is social strategy, in the development and producing of knowledge is applied strategies in field of organizational knowledge is innovations strategy. This finding demonstrates that firms’ emphasis on hidden knowledge and their knowledge has more personal nature. The efficacy of a knowledge management (KM) project depends heavily on a successful coordination of issues such as corporate culture, organizational processes, human resource management and information technology. This research has been conducted with an applied purpose and a descriptive method. Reviewing the status of indicators, structure, culture, technology, human resources, knowledge process and leadership in Tehran municipality for the establishment of knowledge management have been obtained from questionnaires through analyzing data. Then based on the highest mean encountering test(Friedman test) priorities have been classified. The statistics in this research include senior managers, middle managers, supervisors and experts of Tehran municipality which makes 1057 people all together. Among them, 285 were studied as samples. The analysis proved the appropriateness of establishing Knowledge Management in the organization. In this paper, at first, a summary of knowledge management concept and the necessity of its implementation in organizations are presented. Also, a comparison has been made between R&D expenditure and revenue and profitability of the global leading companies. In the next section, the knowledge production rank of Iran among 16 countries is presented in order to demonstrate Irans position according to knowledge growth. Then KM approaches including mechanistic, systemic, core competencies and behavioral-cultural and two models of knowledge management gaps including Pierce and Lovrichs (1984) and Lins (2005) model are discussed. In conclusion, the priority of adopting systematic, behavioral/cultural & core competencies approaches in contrast to traditional mechanistic approach is discussed. This has motivated firms to acquire export knowledge and train it in their companies in order to guarantee their successful performance in expert. Ambidexterity is an approach that can be effective in terms of creating export knowledge. Ambidexterity, (with two dimensions of exploitation and exploration) in export companies, helps organizations to use export knowledge more effectively and efficiently, in other words ambidexterity can help export companies acquire learning capabilities as a learning organization. As a result, this learning capability can lead to more proper new products in competition. This paper investigates the effect of innovation ambidexterity on export knowledge and new product performance. In literature section we reviewed export and competition in international markets, innovation, export knowledge and competition power, ambidexterity and its dimensions and new product development. After reviewing the literature, we created a model based on the literature and experts views. Experts verified our model and the proposed hypotheses after some discussions.         Theorists have predicted the emergence of the new economic era in which knowledge is the main source of wealth and economic output. In other words, in a new era, the economy is getting away from the resource-based method and is getting close to the knowledge-based one. Knowledge-based economy formed based on the production, distribution and application of knowledge and information. Therefore, investing in knowledge and knowledge-based industries got particular attentions. This paper reviews the literatures of knowledge-based economy due to its importance, and the emphasis of The Supreme Leader on special attentions of policy makers to implementation of it based on upstream documents. This article is provided according to the analytical and descriptive method based on available documents. The knowledge-based economy is addressed in the course of economic ideas, theories of knowledge-based economy, definitions, characteristics, advantages, elements, measuring indicators, policies of the knowledge-based economy in Iran, situation of Knowledge-based economy in Iran based on World Bank Index. At the end conclusion is presented. The results show that the fulfilling of the knowledge-based economy requires trained and skilled workforce, supportive government policies, making reform in society culture, efficient innovation system, indigenous knowledge, ICT, institutional and government stimulus, supporting intellectual property rights and so on. Although the World Bank 2005 report shows that there was a very significant imbalance between the indicators. By government efforts, the imbalance was declined slightly in 2007 and according to the latest World Bank report in 2012, Iran with an average 3/91 has gained the rank of 94 between 146 countries in terms of the knowledge-based economy.         Nowadays, having the ability of foresight and decision-making is essential for any organization. Advanced and successful organizations have chosen knowledge-oriented strategy to survive in the competitive and rapidly changing environments. Handling of changes and good decision making about them plays a central role in the future success or failure of organizations. Two important concepts that have important role in managers’ decision makings are Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM). Business intelligence and knowledge management are relative concepts to each other .The relations between these concepts has not been yet offered clearly and determining the boundary of these two concepts is difficult for managers. Researchers have considered different links between them. In this paper, business intelligence and knowledge management will be defined and then different viewpoints about the type of relationship between these concepts will be expressed. In general, it is recognized that knowledge management and business intelligence both have common and same goal which is improving decision-making process and finally improving the business performance. Implementation and execution of these concepts would consider as organization's competitive advantage. Managers want to know how they can improve productivity in an organization. To do this without the slightest fault, organizations must have mechanisms to help increase their level of awareness.         In the “knowledge-based businesses” research field, few applied studies have been conducted. Meanwhile, by identifying the critical success factors in starting-up and development of knowledge-based businesses, we can recognize necessary contexts for these targets and take steps toward implementing it. Accordingly, the main purpose of this research is identifying and prioritizing the keyactivities to be carried out by government in order to improve the process of starting-up and development of knowledge-based businesses. The method of this study in terms of purpose is applied research, and in terms of data gathering method is descriptive survey. The target population of current study included all knowledge-based corporations deployed in incubators and science & technology parks of universities in Tehran. To gathering required data for this research, the questionnaire has been used. Chi-squared test is used to data analysis, and Friedman’s analysis of variance is applied to ranking parameters. The results of this study revealed that improving the process of starting-up and development of knowledge-based businesses is possible throughgovernment’s some key activities which “financial supports of government” is placed on top of them. Hence, it can be said that the government should start broad efforts in this regard, and this issue should be considered by relevant government authorities.         The role of knowledge and knowledge management in flourishing the economies is undeniable and can be mentioned as an important factor of increasing productivity and GDP of the countries. Intelligence has attracted the attention of many researchers as an element that influences knowledge creation. This paper is a qualitative research and systematic literature review about knowledge creation, GDP and national intelligence. To do this, exploring English articles in scientific databases such as Science Direct, Emerald, Taylor and Francis, Springer, and IEEE during the period of 1992 to 2017, and Persian articles in the Comprehensive Human Sciences Portal, the Noor Journals Database, and Scientific Information Database during the period of 1384 to 1395 have been taken into account. Altogether, 186 articles were reviewed that after, screening and evaluating, the number of articles was reduced from 186 to 114. This study has been conducted in papers with different sample size and different research methods and various models. Finally, four indicators with six dimensions in the field of national knowledge creation, four indicators with seven dimensions in the area of gross domestic product and six indicators with twenty dimensions in the field of national intelligence were identified.         One of the tools for knowledge management is the creation of knowledge-based companies that play a very important role in the countries’ economic development. In fact, a knowledge-based company is a private or cooperative company or institution whose purpose is to create and expand the combination of science and wealth and the development of a knowledge-based economy, which result is the creation of wealth and the development of the economy through the expansion and application of invention and innovation through the commercialization of research and development activities. Given the importance and impact of knowledge-based industries in the current economy, this study will identify and prioritize factors affecting the success of these industries. In order to identify these factors, literature and current research were collected and written. Then, by distributing the questionnaire among the managers and experts of the companies present in the science and technology park of Guilan province, the most important factors were identified. In the next step, according to the obtained information, another questionnaire was developed that measured the criteria by using a pair comparison. DEMATEL method has been used to rank the identified factors, and due to the uncertainty in experts' opinions, evaluation is done in a fuzzy environment. As a result of the evaluation, it was found that environmental factors play the most important role in the growth and development of knowledge-based companies. Among the sub-criteria of environmental factors, government policies, tax exemptions and customs were identified as the most effective factors in the success of knowledge-based companies.         The main aim of this paper is to identify the knowledge elements that play a crucial role in the internationalization process of companies. Reviewing research literature shows, Companies that use the two-dimensional model for business knowledge divide knowledge into two dimensions: explicit or tacit nature, and the nature of the codified or uncodified. This model states that the tacit knowledge is difficult to transfer to others, while the explicit and uncodified knowledge component is the simplest form of knowledge for transferring to others. The statistical population of the study consist of managers and experts of the foreign trade sector (export and import) of companies that were present in international markets. For this purpose, 104 companies were selected from among five different types of business in East Azerbaijan province, and for data gathering, questionnaire was applied. Findings show that all variables of individual competency of employees, organizational beliefs and habits, and corporate procedures are related to the degree of internationalization. However, the strongest link between internationalization and various elements of business knowledge was identified in the field of organizational beliefs and habits, and individual competence of employees. A multitude of factors influence the adoption of cloud computing in Knowledge-based companies. These decisive factors must be systematically evaluated before making the decision to adopt cloud-based solutions. The purpose of this study is to identify these factors and Ranking them and determine the extent to which they influence the adoption of cloud computing for Knowledge-based companies . Therefore, the project describes a research model that is based on the diffusion of innovation (DOI) theory and the technology, organization and environment (TOE) framework. Based on previous study, research model was developed to test Twelve (12) variables. Data was collected by survey questionnaires from a sample of 59 Small and medium enterprises that all of these enterprises were in The Knowledge-based companies. 59 experts and decision makers in information technology department from those Small and medium enterprises were selected to fill the questionnaires.         In today's world, the survival of every organization or company depends on its ability to compete with other organizations, and since innovation is one of the most important drivers of companies' competitiveness, is able to create dynamism, maintaining the survival of organizations; On the other hand, one of the challenges for every organization to innovate is financing, and since governments around the world have programs to support the small and medium enterprises and knowledge-based, the purpose of this paper is investigating the impact of government financial supports on the innovation of knowledge-based firms. In order to analyze this issue, the data of Iran Innovation Survey from 2012 to 2014 has been used. The implementation of the National Innovation Survey Plan has been carried out by the Vice President for Science and Technology in order to promote innovative and technological capacities in the country and transfer to a knowledge-based economy. The number of knowledge-based firms in this period was 1300 firms, of which 306 firms were selected from a random sample. The method of the present study is modeling of structural equations based on variance. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that government financial support has a positive effect on the process, marketing, and organizational innovations of knowledge-based firms, while these conditions do not exist for product innovation.         In the present age, intangible assets such as branding, quality, technology, innovation, creativity, and knowledge capital are the source of organizations' competitive advantage. Organizations need to be able to create the right mental image of themselves in the minds of their community, customers, and employees to attract and retain motivated, committed, and talented human resources. Given the importance of this issue in science and technology parks as technology and knowledge-based institution, whose most important assets are knowledgeable people, this article seeks to use the system dynamics approach of dynamic relationships of brand promotion policy on human resource performance in the park. Examine science and technology and provide appropriate solutions to improve the structure, quality, and quantity at the level of parks and ultimately improve the performance of science and technology parks. In this regard, using the opinions of experts in in-depth interviews in group model building (GMB) sessions, the problem was explained and a dynamic hypothesis was developed and a qualitative model (cause and effect diagrams - CLDs) and a quantitative model (stock and flow diagram - SFD) were developed.         Today, the most sustainable economic growth is related to the knowledge based economy, in which knowledge based companies play an important role in advancing its goals. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the creation of knowledge-based companies. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection. In order to prepare the data, first by reviewing the theoretical foundations and opinions of 21 experts as members of the Delphi panel, 30 factors were identified as effective factors in the creation of knowledge based companies. Experts and research specialists were the managers (owners) of knowledge based companies in Kermanshah province and experts in the field of business and entrepreneurship of Razi University who were selected by purposive sampling method according to indicators such as experience, expertise, willingness and ability to participate and availability. Data collection tool in Delphi method is a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was checked by retest method which was confirmed with a correlation coefficient of 0.70 of the questionnaire and in order to check the validity of the questionnaire, the content content validity coefficient was used. This criterion, each of the factors of the Delphi questionnaire was removed or confirmed. In order to analyze the data obtained from the Delphi method, which is 21 factors affecting the creation of knowledge based companies, the structural-interpretive modeling method was used. Finally, the results showed that the two factors of more attention of the government and universities to the technology transfer offices of universities and providing advice in the field of feasibility, future research and marketing for people wanting to start a knowledge-based company are at the key level of research factors.         Entering the age that is common in the information society, entrepreneurship in the digital space as a new approach to starting businesses based on a new thinking and idea has found a prominent place among service and production activists. He was the founder of Mazandaran province that structural and interpretive modeling method was used in designing this model. The research method was descriptive-correlational. According to the research background,39components were selected in the form of seven dimensions (structural-strategy-management-people-technology-content-environment).Then,the opinions of 20 university professors and managers of knowledge-based companies who were experts in the field of digital entrepreneurship were used. Interpretive structural modeling and MICMAC analysis were used to cluster the dimensions of digital entrepreneurship. ISM results showed that the foundation of digital entrepreneurship is first (structural-technological), second (managerial), third (strategy) and fourth (people-content-environmental). Also, after MICMAC analysis, the dimensions (structural-technology) in the independent cluster and the dimensions (individuals-content-environment) in the dependent cluster and the dimensions (strategy-management) in the autonomous cluster were included.         The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the criteria of knowledge management systems using BSC. The research method is descriptive-survey and the type of applied developmental research is Friedman and AHP ranking tracking method. Statistical population included all experts and top managers of Pars Khodro Company (157 people) and sample size was 111 people based on Cochran formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed by previous studies and expert opinions. Content validity index (CVR) was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cranach’s alpha coefficient of 0.728 was used to determine its reliability. Data were analyzed using SPSS and EXPERT CHOICE statistical software. The results showed that: BSC's vision is financial, customer, growth and learning and internal processes respectively. From the financial point of view, the CEO's financial knowledge is the highest and avoidance of duplication of costs is the lowest, and from the customer's perspective, the highest priority is to improve the quality of customer service and the customer's least. And change in the system is the least important of the improvements, and lastly, the internal process view has the least degree of effectiveness of the system in achieving the most desirable organizational objectives and document size.         The purpose of this study is to present a localized content analysis model of four pillars of knowledge management based on the continuous change approach. This study is the practical research in terms of orientation. The statistical population includes academic experts and theoretical experts. Theoretical experts include university professors who are knowledgeable in the field of knowledge management. Experimental experts also include managers with more than 15 years of experience in the Export Development Bank. Non-probabilistic and purposeful methods have been used for sampling. The sampling process continued and finally 11 experts participated in this stage. Using qualitative analysis of grounded theory, a number of concepts of extraction and coding of indicators were performed. Following the research process and its quantitative part, by performing the fuzzy Delphi technique in 3 rounds, the criteria obtained from the qualitative analysis of the research were screened and validated. Then, ISM method was used to identify the relationships of the localized model of the four pillars of knowledge management based on the continuous change approach and to reflect the internal relationships between the criteria. Based on data analysis in the structural-interpretive modeling section, knowledge management (WM) is first level or dependent.         Circular economy is a valuable approach to achieving the concept of sustainability that promotes social equity, economic growth and development, and environmental protection. The main purpose of this study was to present a circular economy business model for knowledge-based companies. In terms of purpose, this research is in the category of fundamental-developmental research, and in terms of subject and nature, the approach of qualitative research is exploratory, and grounded theory (systematic) was used. Data were collected through documentary sources (books, articles, dissertations) and semi-structured interviews with 15 academic and non-academic experts through purposeful theoretical sampling to saturate the required information and theoretical adequacy. The data were analyzed based on grounded theory in the framework of open-source, axial, and selective codes. The results of qualitative data analysis of the research, led to the presentation of the business model of circular economy with 124 categories, 17 central categories, and 6 main factors, in the form of 6 dimensions including causal conditions (2 categories), the main phenomenon (circular business model), Strategy (4 categories), contextual characteristics (5 categories), intervening conditions (2 categories) and consequence (4 categories). The development of information and communication technology has also caused significant changes in tourism behavior. The current research is devoted to the analysis of the effective factors on value co-creation through technologies equipped with artificial intelligence and knowledge management in the tourism industry. And customer-based factors with a coefficient of 0.292 were able to mediate the relationship between technology equipped with artificial intelligence and the effectiveness of value co-creation. Examining the results of this research showed that the significant effect of customer-based factors, technologies equipped with artificial intelligence and knowledge management on the effectiveness of value co-creation was confirmed. And customer-based factors were able to mediate the relationship between AI-enabled technologies and value co-creation effectiveness.
